Barbara was initially booked in for a valuation on the Tuesday, but I called 3 days earlier to explain I’d like to put it on the market as soon as I could and Barbara actually made it that afternoon to take all the photos! The board went up the next day and it was officially on the market the following day (Monday)!! So quick!! Lots of contact regarding viewings, all booked in around the time slots advised. Constant feedback and updates. By Saturday morning we had received an offer for the full asking price! Could not fault the effort, the communication, the dedication - thank you!
